Living Independently Through Fitness and Exercise (L.I.F.E.) is a program specially designed for individuals sixty-five years of age or older. With improved strength and flexibility, activities of daily living are more easily accomplished, thus allowing each participant to remain independent for as long as possible. Since its' inception, L.I.F.E. has been named as a “Successful Active Aging Program” by the American College of Sports Medicine and has been featured in numerous articles.
L.I.F.E. sessions are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and members have the option of choosing from sessions that begin at 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., or 9:00 a.m. Sessions are lead by enthusiastic fitness professionals that create diverse and interactive fitness routines that are sure to be fun. L.I.F.E. members also received a bi-monthly “L.I.F.E. News” newsletter that provides them with heath and wellness information, recipes, quotes, jokes and more.
