Team Hurricanes invites students to support the Dolphins Challenge Cancer initiative by participating in Cycle Sesh, an outdoor cycling event taking place on the Lakeside Patio. Money raised will help to fund life-saving cancer research at the UM Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Cycle Sesh: Cycling Through the Decades

Thursday, Feburary 24 | Lakeside Patio | 6 to 10 p.m.

Each 30-minute cycling session will progressively take you through the decades as music will evolve from classic 80s all the way through today's top hits. Hop on for a quick 30-minute workout, or power through and keep going for an advanced experience.

Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is currently limited to students, staff and faculty of the University. Register today to secure your spot!

Donation Requirement:

Registration for all sessions requires an online donation. All donations and proceeds from this event will support Dolphin's Challenge Cancer and research at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. The minimum donation to participate is:

Student registration:

  • $15 for first session
  • $5 for each additional session

Faculty and staff registration:

  • $25 for first session
  • $5 for each additional session

Donation includes the outdoor spin class, a t-shirt, a raffle ticket, and food. Those looking to enjoy the event but not ride can receive the t-shirt, a raffle ticket, and food with a $10 donation.

Each ticket can be used for a chance to win one of several exciting prizes. Participants will be able to choose which prize raffle they want to submit their ticket for. Raffle prizes include:

  • Wellness Center Packages
  • Miami Dolphins Merchandise
  • Athletic Department Activities
  • And more

Earn Money for your student organization:

Participate in Cycle Sesh with members of your student organization and you could earn money for your organization's efforts. The student organization that signs up on Engage and has the highest percentage of participation at the event will receive $500.
