Small Group Training

(additional fee + open to the public)

Small group training combines the best parts of group fitness classes and personal training. Each 50-minute session is a circuit-style routine which includes weight training, functional training, cardio, and stretching. A certified trainer will demonstrate the routine, monitor your form and motivate you to work hard. Sessions are conducted in the private setting of our fitness lab at custom times for you and your group, based on trainer and space availability.

Duration: 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week, 50 minutes per session

Group sizes: 3-5 participants

Small Group Training for Fall 2019 begins on Monday, October 21.

Monday/Wednesday 6-7 a.m.
Monday/Thursday 12-1 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday 6-7 p.m.
Tuesday/Friday 12-1 p.m.
