Small Group Training

(additional fee + membership required)

Small group training combines the best parts of group fitness classes and personal training. Each 50 minute session is a circuit style routine which includes weight training, functional training, cardio, and stretching. A certified trainer will demonstrate the routine, monitor you form and motivate you to work hard. Sessions are conducted in the private setting of our fitness lab.

Duration: 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week, 50 minutes per session

Group sizes: 3-5 participants

Session times: 
Tuesdays and Fridays 12 - 12:50 p.m.
Tuesdays and Fridays 5:30 - 6:20 p.m.

We have set standard times to allow for individuals to register. Based on trainer and space availability we can also schedule custom times for you and your friends!
