- We can accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
- Renter is held financially responsible for late fees, theft, loss, cleaning, abnormal wear & tear, and damage when returned and assessed by a team member.
- Refunds are not given for gear rentals once rented.
- Tents must be set up by the renter upon return. If not, a $5 fee is charged.
- Renters may use the Outdoor Adventure's hose upon drop off to clean any dirty or sandy gear.
- The late fee is $10 a day for items rented that are under $10, and $20 a day for items rented that are $10 or greater.
- Lakeside Village Residents must pay for rentals if there is a duplicate of an item. For instance, if an LSV resident rents two paddleboards, the first one is free while the second is $18 per day.
- Membership is not required for faculty or staff to rent, however, membership offers discounted rental prices. Visit our membership page for details.
- Gear must be cleaned upon return by renter. If this doesn't happen, a $5 cleaning fee will be charged.
- Gear must be rented during operational hours and checked in with an Outdoor Adventures team member.
