We all live in an amazing location with incredible outdoor spaces and waterways. Research and our own experience shows that exercising in the outdoors, especially on or around water helps with mental and physical wellness.
Our instructional clinics are taught on campus and cover the technical side of many of the adventure sports we have in Outdoor Adventures such as climbing, paddling, and cooking.

Outdoor Adventures Experiential Education programs take advantage of the inherent challenges within adventure-based sports and use them to help your team achieve its goals. We can help work with your group to design a program with just the right mix of education, discovery, and fun.

The Outdoor Adventures Student Instructor Series (OASIS) was created for students who wish to pursue outdoor leadership and instruction opportunities & learn the skills to teach outdoor adventures to others, whether for Outdoor Adventures, summer camps, guide services, or others.

Fast-paced and hands-on, this two-day course covers a wide range of wilderness medicine topics for people who travel and work in the outdoors and is designed to meet the needs of trip leaders, camp staff, outdoor enthusiasts, and individuals working in remote locations.
