Austin

Austin, from New York City, is a NASM certified personal trainer. He is pursuing a degree in Psychology with a minor in Exercise Physiology. His fitness journey began sophomore year of high school. His exercise expertise stems from working as a Physical Therapy Technician, as well as being a competitive bodybuilder. His specialties are hypertrophy training to increase muscle size, strength and conditioning, increasing mobility and versatility of exercise programming. In his free time, Austin enjoys exercise, cooking, watching anime, drawing and hanging out with friends. His favorite exercise is the Triceps Dip machine.

Ben

Ben, from Woodbury, New York, is a NCSF certified personal trainer. He is pursuing a degree in Marketing. He first got into fitness through strength and conditioning training for basketball during his junior year of high school. His specialties are hypertrophy training, strength and conditioning, and powerlifting. In his free time, Ben enjoys New York sports, basketball, music, and weightlifting. His favorite exercise is the dumbbell bench press.

Bobby

Bobby, from Brownsville, Texas, is an AHA basic life support and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer pursuing a double major in Music Therapy and Psychology. He first got into fitness through his involvement in various sports and developed that passion through powerlifting. His specialties include powerlifting, strength and conditioning, weight loss, and bodybuilding/hypertrophy training. Bobby enjoys cooking, reading, making music, and weightlifting in his free time. His favorite exercise is the seated row.

Bryan

Bryan Madriz is a NASM‑Certified Personal Trainer from San Diego, California, currently pursuing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Miami. He brings years of experience coaching clients at 24 Hour Fitness, where he designed individualized programs to build strength, endurance, and overall wellness. His work as a physical therapy technician and his outpatient clinical rotations have strengthened his expertise in movement science, injury prevention, and corrective exercise. Bryan’s passion for fitness began after a high school sports injury, which pushed him to rebuild his performance for football and soccer and ultimately inspired his career. He now specializes in functional fitness, hypertrophy training, and helping both young athletes and older adults move with confidence. Bryan is currently preparing for a HYROX race this April, along with several other events, and brings that same drive and commitment to every client he trains.

Christian

Christian, from Miami, Florida, is an NASM CPT certified personal trainer, as well as CPR and First Aid Certified. He is pursuing a degree in finance. He first got into fitness because he wanted to change and, during quarantine, he learned to love the gym. His specialty is bodybuilding and hypertrophy training, weight loss, and strength and conditioning. In his free time, Christian enjoys boxing and MMA, going to the gym, and going to the beach on a boat or jet skis. His favorite exercise is weighted pull-ups.

Corinne

Corinne, from Jacksonville, Florida, is an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer. She is earning her B.S. in Exercise Physiology. She specializes in functional fitness, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning. Corinne is a lifelong gymnast and has always had a passion for maintaining strength and getting others involved in fitness. Her hobbies include baking, exploring the city, gymnastics, diving, and she has a love for cats. Her favorite exercise is the Romanian deadlift. 

Ella

Ella, born and raised in Miami, Florida, is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. She is pursuing a degree in Exercise Physiology and has been passionate about fitness since the age of 13 and knew from a young age that she wanted to become a Personal Trainer. Her specialties include bodybuilding and hypertrophy training focused, and she is currently preparing to compete in bodybuilding shows in the upcoming year.

Isabella

Isabella, from Levittown, New York, is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer. She is pursuing a degree in Health Science (Pre-Physical Therapy) with minors in Sports Medicine, Exercise Physiology, and Psychology. She began her fitness journey by playing sports growing up, mostly soccer. Isabella specializes in hypertrophy training and functional fitness. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, cooking, watching hockey, playing guitar, and reading. Her favorite exercise is the Romanian Deadlift.

Jake

Jake, from Boca Raton, Florida, is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. He is pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering. His fitness journey began his Junior year of high school when he began lifting weights. His specialties are strength and conditioning, hypertrophy training, and powerlifting. In his free time, Jake enjoys exercise, playing new video games, cooking, and hanging out with friends. His favorite exercise is the Hammer Strength Row machine.

Jocelyn

Jocelyn, from Corpus Christi, Texas, is an NCSF certified personal trainer, as well as CPR and First Aid Certified. She is pursuing a degree in Biology on the pre-physical therapy track. She grew up running track and started weightlifting after high school. Her specialties are hypertrophy training and functional fitness. In her free time, Jocelyn enjoys going to the beach, lifting, painting, and shopping. Her favorite exercise is the barbell row.

Lilyann

LA, from Bartow, Florida, is an NASM certified personal trainer and CPR/AED Certified. She is pursuing a degree in marine science and microbiology and immunology with a minor in religious studies. She has been an athlete since the age of 4 and fell in love with lifting after running track in high school. Her specialties are weight management, hypertrophy training, mobility training, and strength and conditioning. In her free time, LA enjoys shooting sporting clays and handguns, fishing, hiking, diving, and boxing. Her favorite exercise is the Bulgarian split.

Logan

Logan, originally from Cadillac, Michigan, is an NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He earned his Bachelor’s in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University and is currently pursuing an M.S.Ed. in Applied Physiology at the University of Miami. With over a decade of personal experience training, four years of coaching experience, and four years in a physical therapy setting, he brings an evidence-based approach to human performance, corrective exercise, and overall development. His background is in track and field and Olympic-style weightlifting. Logan not only maintains his own athletic performance but also supports and coaches others to pursue their fitness goals. Outside of training and academics, he enjoys spending time with his dog, cooking, and going to the beach. His favorite exercise? The clean and jerk.

Marcus

Marcus, from Westchester, New York, is an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer pursuing a degree in Neuroscience with plans to attend medical school. A former Division I athlete in Football and Track & Field, he specializes in weight loss and high-performance training, bringing a disciplined, goal-driven approach to every session. Outside the gym, Marcus enjoys playing guitar and photography.

Michael

Michael, from Miami, Florida, is an ISSA certified personal trainer, as well as CPR and First Aid Certified. He is pursuing a degree in Political Science with an Exercise Physiology minor. He first got into fitness after joining his high school football team and was interested in getting bigger and stronger. His specialties are bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, and hypertrophy training. In his free time, Michael enjoys watching movies and going to theme parks. His favorite exercise is the smith machine back squat.

Peyton

Peyton, from Casper, Wyoming, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She holds a B.S in Kinesiology and is pursuing her M.S. in Applied Physiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning. Her fitness journey began in her youth through playing sports and has since evolved into a passion for bodybuilding. Peyton is dedicated to helping others live healthier, more active lives through fitness. She specializes in bodybuilding, hypertrophy training, and functional training, focusing on building strength, improving performance, and promoting overall well-being.

Roy

Roy, from Shanghai, China, is an NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist. He is pursuing a Doctorate in Exercise Physiology. His specialties is strength and conditioning for sports performance. In Roy’s free time, he enjoys playing basketball and working out. His favorite exercise is clean and jerk.

Savannah

Savannah, from New Concord, Ohio, is an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED Certified. She is currently pursuing a degree in Biochemistry and Nutrition with a minor in Sports Medicine, with plans to attend medical school. She specializes in strength training, functional training, and weight management. Having been involved in athletics and fitness for years and actively pursuing bodybuilding, she is passionate about helping clients build confidence, move well, and create sustainable habits that support long-term health and performance. Outside of training, Savannah enjoys lifting, scuba diving, writing, and playing the cello. Her favorite exercise is pull-ups.

Solomon

Solomon is a NASM certified personal trainer from Pembroke Pines, FL, pursuing a degree in Exercise Science and Communications. Solomon specializes in hypertrophy and strength training. His fitness journey began through being a multi-sport athlete in high school, where spending time in the gym sparked a passion for health and fitness. In his free time, he loves working out with friends, traveling, and playing pickleball. His favorite exercise is the barbell bench press.

Sophia

Sophia is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer specializing in bodybuilding and hypertrophy training. She is also pursuing a degree in Accounting. Originally from Winter Park, Florida, she found a love for fitness and the gym during high school, with goals to supplement her strength while competing in horseback riding. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, running, beach days, walking her dog, and horseback riding. Her favorite exercise is the Pistol Squat.

Vito

Vito, from Edgartown, Massachusetts, is an NCSF certified personal trainer pursuing a degree in health science on the pre-physical therapy track. He first got into fitness after suffering an injury in high school that prevented him from running. As a result, he became interested in nutrition, lifting, and the human body. His specialties include weight loss, bodybuilding/hypertrophy training, strength and conditioning, powerlifting, endurance training, and corrective exercise. In his free time, Vito enjoys cooking, reading, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and weight lifting. His favorite exercise is the dumbbell row.
