Aidan, from South Orange, New Jersey, is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. He is pursuing a degree in Finance and Real Estate. He first started training as a fighter at 12 years old and began lifting weights at 15. Aidan specializes in hypertrophy, functional fitness, and endurance training. In his free time, he enjoys training for triathlons, weightlifting, cooking and finding new places to eat.

Angus, from Westport, MA, is a NCSF certified personal trainer. He is pursuing a degree in legal studiesHe first got into fitness his senior year of high school when he got a gym membership and made it a habit. His specialties are bodybuilding, hypertrophy training, strength and conditioning, and powerlifting. In his free time, Ben enjoys Boston sports, golf, tennis, music, poker, and fashion. His favorite exercise is the barbell back squat.

Ben, from Colorado Springs, Colorado, is an NASM certified personal trainer and CPR/AED Certified. He is pursuing a degree in business economicsHe first got into fitness at the age of 13 through sports. His specialties are corrective exercise, bodybuilding, hypertrophy training, and functional fitness. In his free time, Ben enjoys skiing, being active, and sitting by the beach. His favorite exercise is bulgarian split squats.

Bianca, from Frankfort, Illinois, is an AHA basic life support and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She is pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Bianca specializes in strength and conditioning, functional fitness, and corrective exercise. Her fitness journey began through playing sports, specifically college soccer. In her free time, Bianca enjoys running, working out, and going to the beach.

Caroline


Caroline, from Denver, Colorado, is an NASM certified personal trainer, NASM certified nutrition coach, and CPR/AED Certified. She is pursuing a degree in nursing with a exercise physiology minor. She first got into fitness through competitive dancing. Her specialties are weight loss, bodybuilding, hypertrophy training, strength and conditioning, and functional fitness. In her free time, Celeste enjoys cooking, baking, competitive bodybuilding, health-care, and nutrition. Her favorite exercise is the bench press.

Celeste, from Scarborough, Maine, is an NCSF certified personal trainer, as well as CPR and First Aid Certified. She is pursuing a degree in entrepreneurship with an exercise science minor. She first got into fitness because she was an athlete, and she was interested in losing weight. Her specialty is bodybuilding and hypertrophy training. In her free time, Celeste enjoys studying nutrition and going to the beach. Her favorite exercise is the KAS glute bridge.

Chris

 

Chris, from Miami, Florida, is a NCSF certified personal trainer. He is pursuing a degree in psychology. He has been playing sports since he was eight years old and was a member of the Miami Hurricanes football team during the 2023 season. He specializes in hypertrophy, functional fitness, and athleticism. In his free time, Chris enjoys church, playing golf, and going out. His favorite exercise is the Tricep push down.

Christian, from Miami, Florida, is an NASM CPT certified personal trainer, as well as CPR and First Aid Certified. He is pursuing a degree in finance. He first got into fitness because he wanted to change and, during quarantine, he learned to love the gym. His specialty is bodybuilding and hypertrophy training, weight loss, and strength and conditioning. In his free time, Christian enjoys boxing and MMA, going to the gym, and going to the beach on a boat or jet skis. His favorite exercise is weighted pull-ups.

Corinne

Corinne, from Jacksonville, Florida, is an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer. She is earning her B.S. in Exercise Physiology. She specializes in functional fitness, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning. Corinne is a lifelong gymnast and has always had a passion for maintaining strength and getting others involved in fitness. Her hobbies include baking, exploring the city, gymnastics, diving, and she has a love for cats. Her favorite exercise is the Romanian deadlift.

 

Duncan

Duncan, from Washington, DC, has a certification in NCSF CPT. He is pursuing a degree in exercise physiology. He first got into fitness through high school athletics where he discovered a passion for both sports and performance. His specialties are strength and conditioning and functional fitness. In his free time, Duncan enjoys soccer, guitar, music, and weightlifting. His favorite exercise is the front squat.

Jenna

Jenna, from Sherman Oaks, CA, is a NASM certified personal trainer, with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and is currently pursuing a master's in Mental Health Counseling. Her fitness journey began playing volleyball throughout middle and high school, and she is now passionate about helping others build strength as well as a greater mind to body connection. Her specialties include functional movement, strength training, and weight loss. In her free time, Jenna enjoys spending time in nature, attending educational workshops, and of course, exercising! Her favorite movement is the Kettlebell Swing.

Julia

Julia, from Tomkins Cove, New York, is a CPR certified and NCSF certified personal trainer pursuing a degree in exercise physiology and psychology. She has been an athlete all her life and originally got into weightlifting to accelerate her speed and power in track and field. Her specialties include bodybuilding and hypertrophy training, and sports performance training. In her free time, Julia enjoys weightlifting, playing soccer or volleyball, and reading suspenseful thrillers.

Solomon

Solomon is a NASM certified personal trainer Pembroke Pines, FL, pursuing a degree in Exercise Science and Communications. Solomon specializes in hypertrophy and strength training. His fitness journey began through being a multi-sport athlete in high school, where spending time in the gym sparked a passion for health and fitness. In his free time, he loves working out with friends, traveling, and playing pickleball. His favorite exercise is the barbell bench press.

Ty, from Westborough, MA, is an NASM-CPT, Red Cross CPR/AED certified personal trainer pursuing a degree in music education. He first got into fitness playing baseball when he was younger and began weightlifting as a way to lose weight. His specialties include bodybuilding and hypertrophy training, functional fitness, weight loss, and strength and conditioning. In his free time, Ty enjoys listening to music, playing in his band, going for walks and hikes, and lifting. His favorite exercise is the lateral raise.

Vito

Vito, from Edgartown, Massachusetts, is an NCSF certified personal trainer pursuing a degree in health science on the pre-physical therapy track. He first got into fitness after suffering an injury in high school that prevented him from running. As a result, he became interested in nutrition, lifting, and the human body. His specialties include weight loss, bodybuilding/hypertrophy training, strength and conditioning, powerlifting, endurance training, and corrective exercise. In his free time, Vito enjoys cooking, reading, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and weight lifting. His favorite exercise is the dumbbell row.

Yoonsub

Yoonsub, from Columbus, GA, is an NCSF certified personal trainer pursuing a degree in exercise physiology. He first got into fitness with football and then transitioned to powerlifting after high school. His specialties include bodybuilding, hypertrophy training, strength and conditioning, and powerlifting. In his free time, Yoonsub enjoys powerlifting and sports.

Michael, from Miami, Florida, is an ISSA certified personal trainer, as well as CPR and First Aid Certified. He is pursuing a degree in Political Science with an Exercise Physiology minor. He first got into fitness after joining his high school football team and was interested in getting bigger and stronger. His specialties are bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, and hypertrophy training. In his free time, Michael enjoys watching movies and going to theme parks. His favorite exercise is the smith machine back squat.

He has played sports since elementary school and began lifting in high school to improve his speed and strength while competing. He specializes in functional movement, running, and sports performance. In his free time, Tim enjoys running, climbing, and reading. His favorite exercise is the front lever.
